She has had several exhibitions in England and France she spends some time in summer, and had a painting accepted for The Royal Academy Summer Exhibition in 2006.
Until 29th November Our famous Christmas Craft Fair is currently on in the Music Room and will run until 4pm on Thursday 29th. November. Tuesday November 20th The Floral Art Group will meet at 2pm when Michelle and Claire from Morgans Florists of Garstang will lead members in a workshop showing us how to make either a Christmas Door Wreath or Swag. The workshop will be followed by tea and biscuits and time to ask questions. Visitors are welcome. Friday November 23rd Poetry Appreciation. As November is the time when we remember the world wars our subject this month is War and Peace . This gives us an opportunity to remember those who gave their lives in the past . We also celebrate the lives of the people who survived and whose spirit carried them through. Peace too is something we all value and will celebrate. Come along and join us and bring your favourite poems or just sit and enjoy the meeting . Everyone welcome.
